1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Pantry Atlas account or starting a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Subscriptions
Pantry Atlas offers paid subscriptions whose entitlements are managed through RevenueCat. Depending on the platform you sign up on, billing is processed by Apple's App Store, Google Play, or our web payment processor. Your subscription gives you access to the features described at the point of purchase.
3. Pricing & Billing
Subscription prices, billing periods, and applicable taxes are displayed in the app at the point of purchase. Prices may vary by region and platform. Payment is charged to the account associated with the store you purchased from once you confirm the purchase.
4. Auto-Renewal
All paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal charge is billed to the payment method on file.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.

7. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, the subscription will auto-renew into a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled before then. Cancelling during the trial period prevents any charge. Only one trial is permitted per Apple ID, Google account, or Pantry Atlas account.
8. Account & Data
Your subscription is tied to the Pantry Atlas account you signed in with (email, Google, etc.). Data you create in the app remains yours; we process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated, including for fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantry Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
